Disability Support Worker

Darwin, NT

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality support to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

  • Support participants to access the community and engage in social activities

  • Assist with household tasks and meal preparation

  • Implement support plans and document progress

  • Promote independence and skill development

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

  • Current First Aid Certificate

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Driver's License and reliable vehicle

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Care Coordinator

Darwin, NT

We are looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to assist NDIS participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Work Health & Safety (WH&S) principles in daily practice

  • Support individuals using the Disability Services Act and NDIS guidelines

  • Provide high-level support to people with disabilities to promote independence

  • Supervise, monitor, and support team performance.

  • Engage with people from diverse backgrounds with strong communication skills

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Disability or Community Services

  • Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance – NT)

  • Criminal History Check and Current First Aid Certificate

  • Valid NT Driver’s Licence

  • Proficiency in using relevant computer software and applications

Team Leader

Darwin, NT

Full-time / Part-time / Casual

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our support workers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of support workers

  • Coordinate rosters and allocate staff to participants

  • Monitor service quality and address any issues

  • Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews

  • Liaise with participants, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Community Services or related field

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in disability services

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience

  • Strong understanding of the NDIS and quality standards

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
