Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Screening Check
Driver's License and reliable vehicle

We are looking for an experienced Support Coordinator to assist NDIS participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
Apply Work Health & Safety (WH&S) principles in daily practice
Support individuals using the Disability Services Act and NDIS guidelines
Provide high-level support to people with disabilities to promote independence
Supervise, monitor, and support team performance.
Engage with people from diverse backgrounds with strong communication skills
Diploma or higher in Disability or Community Services
Current Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance – NT)
Criminal History Check and Current First Aid Certificate
Valid NT Driver’s Licence
Proficiency in using relevant computer software and applications
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our support workers and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our participants.
Supervise and mentor a team of support workers
Coordinate rosters and allocate staff to participants
Monitor service quality and address any issues
Provide regular feedback and conduct performance reviews
Liaise with participants, families, and other stakeholders
Diploma in Community Services or related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in disability services
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong understanding of the NDIS and quality standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
